Refund policy

All Sales Are Final Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all online orders are non-refundable once shipped. We do not offer exchanges for different colors, materials, or designs. Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout.

Quality  Our products are made using FDM 3D printing technology. Minor surface artifacts and layer lines are a normal characteristic of this process and are not considered defects. Colors may vary slightly between orders due to differences in filament batches.

Shipping Damage If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the damaged packaging and the item(s). We will work with you on a replacement.  3dpawsandprints@gmail.com

Temperature Warning 3D-printed parts — especially those made from PLA — can warp when exposed to high heat. Please retrieve your package promptly and avoid leaving it in a hot mailbox or vehicle.
