Processing Times

• On-Hand Items: Standard, non-custom items are processed and ready to ship within 1–2 business days.
• Custom Orders: Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.
• Combined Orders: Orders containing both custom and in-stock items will ship together once all custom requests are complete.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

• Carrier: We normally ship via USPS.
• Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Important Notes

• Temperature Warning: 3D-printed parts — especially those made from PLA — can warp when exposed to high heat. Please retrieve your package promptly and avoid leaving it in a hot mailbox or vehicle for extended periods.
• Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and items. We'll make it right. 3dpawsandprints@gmail.com
